What is the process if I do have mold?
Before we treat your home for mold, an independent lab identifies the number of colonies that exist in the home, identify species type of mold, complete a 99 point survey and provide you with a comprehensive report which will pinpoint the cause of your mold. Then and only then can we treat your home using our non-toxic botanical treatment. Our botanical is released into the affected area and will dehydrate the mold immediately. This will insure the mold ill not return.
How much is mold treatment going to cost?
Each case is different! Typically we charge between $1.50 - $2.00 per square foot depending on the severity of the mold contamination.
If I want to identify the species of additional test plates what will that cost?
The identifications is done though an independent lab. Their fee to identify genus is $30.00 per plate with a 4-plate minimum.
Do you have a guarantee?
We guarantee that if you follow the recommended protocol that your counts will stay at a safe level for one-year or we will come back and treat it for free. Typically if you follow the plan you will never have high levels of mold in your home unless another water intrusion occurs.
Does your process work better than others I have heard about?
